Tubarush has a newer deck inspired by this one: Noldor survive the City of Corsairs
A hero change (Arwen -> Glorfindel) to help with the much higher combat requirements of Storm at Cobas Haven. Of course, that meant the ally cards of those characters had to switch out as well. Also added in 1 Star Brooch which helped with questing at times.
