This is a combat deck meant to complement a noldorish-questing deck. Steward of Gondor is the key mulligan card, with Arwen Undómiel's power in the other deck Elrohir can play it on turn one, and have plenty of resources for repeated defenses. He'll have to wait for Elven Mail or Dúnedain Signal to provide defense for the other deck, should they be assigned foes, until then Dori will provide sentinel defense (with Derndingle Warrior as a later option) and a few ranged allies or a Rivendell Bow on Elladan can take care of cross-deck combat. But the main thing is to stack attack on Elladan, defense on Elrohir, and use their resources to take care of offense and defense.
