I was immediately repulsed by Erestor when I saw him and didn't even play around with the grey havens box cards much, but I really like the look of Gimli and Legolas from Sands of Harad. I decided to try a really weird deck, very different from what I normally go for, and this was the result! I started very simple: all the grey havens cards and sands of harad cards all mixed together, and see what comes out, and got a fun game. This deck is far from optimized, and a glance at the sideboard shows how I've played with various combinations of sands of harad and grey havens cards (the evening star is critical for quests with a lot of locations).
The key thing is on first turn, play cards and stockpile resource, typical with Erestor. Then, just enjoy the dynamic duo, always having a card in hand for Legolas! Miruvor helps move resource between heroes, and generally has proven that its adaptability here is phenomenal. Swapping out well warned for elrond's counsel and miruvor for light of valinor might be a bit more powerful, but I think giving some other cards a chance to shine is pretty enjoyable. If anybody has suggestions, great, but ideally only for ways to make it weirder while still being effective.
