This deck is part of a very thematic fellowship, "The Fellowship of the ring", which includes all members of the fellowship from the books. Because i wanted for thematic decks also a thematic Quest, I construct this fellowship for the Quest "The Ring goes south", so Frodo exist only as a Saga-hero.
Hobbits are good in combination, so I put all three in the same deck. This deck will not handle most of the combat, but ones Sam Gamgee is equipped with Ring Mail and Hobbit Cloak he can defend attacks against this deck and Merry can strike back with his Daggers of Westernesse.
Because the Fellowship was alone in the Misty Mountains, it was hard to find thematic allies. Here, there is help for the fellowship with some allies from Rivendell.
Mulligan for Expert Treasure-hunter or Shadowfax (that's also not so thematic, but it's a must have for Gandalf decks).
