This Deck is to be used in conjunction with another deck that hasn't been published yet. Much of this deck falls to Sam Gamgee gaining action advantage using the likes of Grimbold and Westfold Outrider. Sam serves a multi-faceted roll here with his extra action. He serves as a primary agent of willpower and when he readies at need he can attack or defend with boosted stats.
Likewise Merry will be taking on a lot of aggro with the Dagger of Westernesse.
Pippin will be used solely as a means of adding willpower to the quest.
This was constructed to use against "A Shadow of the Past" with a limited card stock.
