This is a deck that revolves around using Gríma's ability to help pay for cards, leaving Elrohir and Elladan with resources to use for their readying effects. Steward of Gondor and Keys of Orthanc provides additional resources.
The main problem with this deck is of course threat management, which is why you'll probably want to pair it with my Threat Relief Valve deck. Doing so will also provide some Wingfoot for the brothers so they can help with questing as well.
I really like your idea of adding Grima to the El-party here. Lore opens up the deck to some cool choices I'd never seen with Elrohir / Elladan.
