Rouxxor 1860
!Rider of the mark are, in fact, riders of rohan, cards from the new adventure pack!
This deck is based on the rohan trait. We want have a good use of the one per turn reduction of Théoden, who make rohan ally on a more reasonable cost. Little by little we use some others rohan mechanic (Eomund, Gamling) so we now have almost all our allies with the rohan trait, and this give even more personality to this deck :).
Our job is mostly to do the quest. And to cancel and reduce the threat. We also can block on the beginning with Theoden. Then we try to get faster, with is pretty easy with mustering, gather information and a very good tale, Eomund + Gamelin. After that we sacrifice at each turn Eomund by blocking, ready all the rohan ally and put him back in hand with Eomund (before or after ready effect, depending if Eomund go or not in the quest). So we can do it every turn. With that we can handle a lot of ennemies. With a single additional Hàma ally and an attachment on Théoden it can be insane. Like block with Theoden, the block two time with Hàma, the Eomund get killed and put him back in hand and untap them all, block again of kill the ennemy and put Hàma also back in hand with Gamelin. As you see Gamelin do very well in this deck. I choose not to play classic "sacrifice to a little effect" rohan ally because they don't have enough will and/or attack and I rarely choose to sacrifice them. Eomund is good too, especially with his combo with sneak attack for untap everyone after the quest.
The two attachement are made for untap rohan. The first one must go on Théoden and it is better if it is heir of mardil so we can put nivacrin on Théodred, if Théoden get the nivacrin Théodred will not get his untap engine.
There is a little synergy between Eowyn and elven-light, because we can draw a card for a energy resource at every phase. But we do not use it too much because this deck want a lot of energy resources.
This deck work pretty well. We do our trick and enjoy to do a lot with little peoples.
Our side is use when we don't play with a fight deck who already have resources generation so we board them. Normaly we can unside galadhrim greeting because he must have thread reduction.
