Most recent iteration. It's darn good.
Generally speaking, I prefer my role in a Fellowship to be supportive--I cancel, play sentinel characters, shoot arrows, etc. This deck doesn't fit that mold, and I think this is a pretty effective solo deck as well.
Get Wingfoot on Beravor. Silver Lamp allows you to best prepare your army of allies on the defense, and many of the card in here cut down the threat of the Staging area so you can leave more characters ready than you'd normally think.
The card that has gotten the best mileage so far is Ranger of Cardolan, and the little used (from what I can tell) Quick Ears has kept me alive at least once.
Sulien is a bomb card in certain quests so don't be afraid to save up for her early. This deck manages locations very well, and in that way it actually can serve as a support deck in a Fellowship.
I guess my favorite part is that it is a Dunedain deck that goes against the traditional grain of its common usage.
Thanks. Let me know what you think.
How do you afford to play the higher cost cards with this deck? I ended up making a similar deck mixing location control with Idraen but find resources to be difficult to come by when relying on 3rd or 4 cost allies
