A swarm deck I upgraded after 3 successful play in a quest named Voyage Across Belegaer.
It is better to multiplayer than solo, however if you want a solo solution, then swarm and quest is one choice for you. There are 3 Elrond's Counsel included to make your threat low and avoid combat. 2 will of the west to refuel your deck as you discard a lot.
Men of the west take back your outlander especially when a very good story discard some of them
The deck is balanced simply to win on your own. For multiplayer the deck have to be rebuilt for crazy number of willpower
