Pretty straightforward deck that plays around the basic concept of getting 5 dwarves in play (built using only cards from the Core Set and Saga expansions, based on the fellowship suggested in the rulebook for On the Doorstep).
Piloting advice: mulligan for Citadel Plate and a 2-cost Dwarf ally. Gimli should receive either both of those or one Citadel Plate and one Dwarven Axe. Dark Knowledge gives Bombur some useful shadow foresight. Horn of Gondor should be given to one of the heroes, and Expert Treasure-hunter is there to give the sister deck some much-needed card draw. The main engine of this deck revolves around getting 5 Dwarves in play ASAP, then building up Gimli as an attack machine.
This is not a solo deck and struggles getting allies on the table (resource generation is quite hard to get in and using only Core and Saga cards!) The / companion deck is meant to quest hard, so they work quite well together. Don't take this to your hardest scenarios, but it can hold its own against most.
Any suggestions for cards to add from the Core Set or Saga Expansions to help with healing or resource generation would be much appreciated!
