This deck at its core is just accelerating resources and drawing cards to get an army of efficient and/or strong allies into play. it is leveraging location attachments for that through Rowan's ability, Ranger Provisions, Elf-stone,and Ancient Mathom. It has Steward of Gondor, but it might not be necessary. The deck generates quite a bit of resources with just Rowan and Ranger Provisions.
Thurindir should get Gather Information first. This to boost his willpower ASAP. Also it can help find whatever the deck needs. Most likely a defense boost since there are only 2 copies each of Hauberk, Arwen, and Ancestral Armor. Prepare for Battle is the ideal second quest to complete since the deck is resource rich and can play cards quickly.
