Honestly, I just wanted to have fun with this one. There is very little strategy.
The idea is to mulligan for Steward of Gondor. This allows you to buy all or almost all of the cards you draw every turn with Erestor. It will also be nice to get Vilya just because that will allow you to pump out an extra ally every turn with Elrond. It can be hard to get started right away, but once you get the allies built up, then it is fairly easy to blow by questing heavy quest cards in one turn, or take down big enemies quickly.
