While playing through the Dreamchaser campaign with Quest of the Week, I was intrigued by the rules restriction on the Na'asiyah hero. A Storm on Cobas Haven is the first time she can be used as a hero and I wanted to see if I could build something that could beat this quest with her. Prince Imrahil was a natural choice for a hero as well because he is featured in the campaign story at this point. I haven't played with Outlands or the Prince of Dol Amroth card yet, which is why I included Hirluin the Fair and outlands allies.
I played through the quest with Prince Imrahil as well and preferred how the deck performed with his leadership version instead. Mulligan for Steward of Gondor, which Hirluin the Fair receives in order to pay for Outlands allies. Na'asiyah gets a weapon attachment and Horn of Gondor for resource acceleration. Her resources also pay for Feint and Quick Strike. With Prince of Dol Amroth and some Outlands allies in play, Prince Imrahil can become a beastly quester, defender, and attacker after readying when an Envoy of Pelargir, Pelargir Ship Captain, or Squire of the Citadel chump block. I found that I needed a lot of card draw to keep the deck going which is why A Lesson in Caution, Foe-hammer, and Valiant Sacrifice are all included. I didn't want to include fewer than six weapons in the deck in order to maintain consistency with Foe-hammer.
A note on side quests: the more I play with Keep Watch the more I find that it makes combat much, much easier to handle. This is especially true in this quest because of the boarding keyword and the multiple engagements it creates. Send for Aid is included to dig for that final Outlands ally needed to complete the set.
This deck was paired with a strong quest deck because it struggles with questing unless it can get a couple Ethir Swordsman into play.
