I understand the synergy betweeen Eomer and Galadriel here (she can increase his questing power) but I'm not sure why Theoden is used as the third hero, especially when his power works only on himself. Can you explain why you selected him and how the deck works in practice?

originally i placed #theoden (spirit) as the third hero to play rohan allies easier. after i get #anduril and attached it to theoden i thougt that the Captain of Gondor would be working fine with it. i havenā€˜t played that deck already. just shared it for the review of my co-player. sry for wasting your time :-/

No worries, it's not a waste of time. I enjoy looking at decklists from time to time, and when I do I like to look at the decks that don't have any comments or likes yet. There's nearly 60 published decks that feature Spirit Theoden and Tactics Eomer (one of which is a well-received deck with Galadriel). Yours is the only one so far with Tactics Theoden and Leadership Eomer, and so is worth looking at.

Your explanation makes perfect sense, especially if you're doing multiplayer campaign mode, and were originally playing Spirit Theoden with Tactics Eomer. By switching to these two versions you can avoid the threat hit, try out Leadership Eomer, and still provide Eomer with tactics cards to help him hit harder. Theoden is the only noble sentinel tactics hero, so he is certainly an excellent target for Anduril.

I love Captain of Gondor and put it in all of my decks with a hero warrior defender, and it should work beautifully with Theoden. Have you considered using Snowmane in this deck? It's not restricted for Theoden, and as long as you can quest successfully it'll let him take advantage of Anduril's willpower boost while still being able to defend.

The first two fellowships I published revolve around building up super-Theoden. If you're interested you can look at them here:

Thanks for answering my question and I hope my comment didn't bother you. If you'd prefer that your decks not to be published for anyone to comment on, you can enable "Share my decks" under your account settings, then send your co-player the link to your unpublished deck for review.
