At long last, I’m back on RingsDB! I know that this is nothing new, but here’s a deck I’ve been working on. You of course want Gather Information to be the opening side quest. Grab the Vigilant Dunadan with Gather Information. The rest of the deck should be self explanatory. What’s nice is that you start in secrecy, so you shouldn’t have to fight anything for a bit.
