The idea here is to abuse some discard/sac mechanics.

The main mechanic of abuse here is Prince Imrahil, pulling in Allies for 1, in which case you can use the powerful discard abilities of the Rohan without having to invest heavy resources beforehand for powerful combat phase shenanigans.

Envoy is used to transfer resources to Theoden, pulled in for 1 via the prince and you get a free chump blocker which you can also shuffle back into your deck to repeat over and over.

Herugrim and Golden Shield to make Eowyn and Theoden very strong is a no-brainer. Additionally with a x1 astonishing speed for a crazy powerful round if able to build up the resources.

Will of the west is used to recycle all those rohan we are discarding for effects over and over.

Untested yet, but seems fun in theory! There are cards I need to add to make this strong but I was limited to the packs I won, I am on the look out for the Land of Shadow which will improve this deck with Gamling and Snowmane.
