This deck is focused on powering up Dunhere and utilizes the new Gildor to help with some of the card draw. Questing for 7 off the bat with Eown and Gildor is helpful for the early stages with all of the allies assisting with more questing power. Once you get a few of the weapons on Dunhere and the steward of gondor, I use the Errand riders to start funneling the resources to power up the blood of numenor & gondorian fire for those big bad enemies. The deck also includes plenty of threat reduction to help keep things in the staging area for Dunhere to safely strike.
The main weakness I have found is getting engaged with a big baddie early on. In those cases I usually have to chump block and then things start to stabilize. I've also only ever played this solo so it would be interesting to see how it would work with another deck in a fellowship.

Sep 10, 2018That is true which is why I usually Mulligan/dig deep to try to get the steward of gondor. The gives him the gondor trait to be able to drop those attachments on him. The deck also tries to keep threat low to give you time to get those before you really need them for the big baddies. |
Blood of NĂºmenor and Gondorian Fire both require the attached hero to have either "Dunedain" or "Gondor" trait.
