By itself not worth playing, but much stronger in any deck that's going to consistently get out even a second song. With hobbits, there's less possibilities than you might thing. The best are Song of Eärendil and Song of Hope. There's also the four sphere songs, The Fall of Gil-Galad and conceivably O Lórien!. You're going to want at least six copies in the deck to be confident of getting a second. At nine copies, this gets powerful. That's a lot to dedicate (almost a quarter) to even a strong questing boost, especially since the others provide only marginal benefit. The nerfed Love of Tales (if playing with Bilbo Baggins or Pippin helps too, but not much. Overall, I think Songs is still a casual deck - although this gets it significantly closer to viable.
