The main trick to this deck is to get the Mirror of Galadriel on Galadriel as soon as possible. Mulligan for this. Then use it to fetch Song of Wisdom so you can play The Tree People and recycle it with Silver Harp. The song goes on whoever gets Steward of Gondor, which really changes based off how your hand & game state are looking. Silver Harp and Unexpected Courage are a nice combo with Galadriel, but really only useful once you get Nenya on her. It's fun, but I've found it's hard to set up easily. The constant in-and-out of the Silvan allies will serve to ready & boost Prince Imrahil and Éomer. I haven't tweaked this deck too much and haven't had success against some of the boss-heavy scenarios, nor any location lock control, but I'm sure someone can riff off of this and improve it.

May 23, 2016Well bummer, maybe this archetype isn't as powerful as I thought. Is there a way to recycle the events better? Nenya can also double as Song of Wisdom, but then it's limited to Galadriel. Maybe swapping out the songs for a couple of recyclers. Dwarven Tomb can get Children of the Sea back. |
I don't think you can recycle The Tree People with the harp because the harp only works for cards discarded from your hand, and playing an event doesn't count as such (it's not from your hand and it's not discarding, even though its added to the discard pile of the player).
