With this lineup you start with 5 Dwarves already in play. In the mid-late game you can play Helm of Secrecy to switch Bombur for Ori or Bifur if you don't have the ally version out.
Great deck, but 38 threat freaks me out. Even with Nori there I might add Favor of the Valar instead of Helm of Secrecy.
