Cool deck.
A couple of suggestions: Strider and Light of Valinor are redundant (unless you plan to Sword Thain Gildor Inglorion), consider adding at least 1 Ring of Barahir to further boost Elrond's hit points. I would maximize the number of Unexpected Courage, Test of Will and Daeron's Runes. Also you cannot play Feint as it is right now. A few other good allies are Henamarth Riversong (for solo), Gimli and Legolas, Galadriel (to fetch more attachments), Haleth, Treebeard and Quickbeam
