There does not seem to be enough card draw to flip the contract quickly and reliably. I would suggest cutting non-restricted attachments including Steward of Gondor (what are you going to spend those resources on?) and Heir of Mardil. I'd also drop 1x Miruvor and 1x Cram. That's 6 cards, so you can add 3x Elven-light and 3x Unlikely Friendship, which help fuel card draw and a little resource generation.

If you want to further enhance reliability, add some additional Restricted attachments: could add another Celebrían's Stone and Dwarven Shield, for instance, or bring in new attachments like Steed of the North, Steed of Imladris, or Windfola. To get there, you could drop Captain's Wisdom and Gaining Strength.
