This is a Gondor swarm multiplayer questing deck powered by Visionary Leadership, Faramir, and Sword that was Broken. At the end of the game, it can quest solidly for 60-90 , with no Outlands or Faramir readying effects (though that would boost the willpower to insane levels!).
Mulligan hard for Sword that was Broken, Steward of Gondor, and Visionary Leadership. Heed the Dream, Deep Knowledge, and Ingold are both very helpful into getting those pieces in place. Once they're there, just buy as many allies as you can and quest like crazy!
This deck is meant for multiplayer, so if your friends are worried about their threat, you might want to switch out Herald of Anórien and Deep Knowledge for some cards from the sideboard. The attack power is very small, so you'll want to pair up with a good combat deck. If you're going solo you also might want to swap Aragorn for Boromir and some of his toys.
