I wanted to try a deck with Frodo Baggins defending and A LOT of threat management to counteract his effect.
Beravor is mainly for card draw and Arwen Undómiel for resources. With Light of Valinor on Arwen Undómiel and Unexpected Courage on Beravor you can have some fun with Tale of Tinúviel.
Silver Harp is there to return cards discarded to Arwen Undómiel or Protector of Lórien on Frodo Baggins.
I think one draw back is the lack in attack power. Mirkwood Runner can help in a pinch and I tried to add some useful 2 attack spirit allies.
