This is a very powerful and strong deck. It starts at a very high threat, but it is solid and should get you through most quests handily once it gets up and running. Use Wandering Spirit to fuel Steed of Imladris. Mulligan if you don’t get Vilya in your starting hand, and if you don’t get it then, and you happen to find Gather Information, use it to find Vilya. You can use Gather Information to find Narya or a key ally to put back on top of your deck with Wizard Pipe also. Ise Elrond to defend until you get some Allie’s on the board and also take some things out with Haldir of Lórien and/or Gandalf. Good luck and happy questing.
