After some solo and multiplayer games, I have finally come at peace with this deck. I have thinned it down to 50 cards, I have increased substantially the copies for the allies cards, and I have removed all non-Noldor allies but the Warden of Healing.
The deck plays similar to its predecessor, so I won't extend much.
Starting hand and early game: Your dream starting hand is of course Vilya and Imladris Stargazer. If not, I typically prefer to have Vilya rather than the Imladris Stargazer, but a starting hand with Imladris Stargazer and Elven-light is also good. In the early game you should starting putting the big Noldor allies with Vilya.
Mid game: You want to start setting all those Resourceful cards on Elrond and Light of Valinor and Narya on CĂrdan the Shipwright. Light of Valinor is definitely a good card also in your early game.
Late game: Once your deck is empty, start playing two copies of Lords of the Eldar each round, you will be generating 7 resources per round, so it is fully sustainable. Of course you don't need to wait that much to play by first time a copy of Lords of the Eldar, at any time during the game, playing even one copy is a big boost :)
Some remarks: -In multiplayer it is worth to add some copies of Asfaloth. One Lords of the Eldar copy can go out of the deck without much drama. -The combo Lords of the Eldar with Narya is so strong that when you arrive at this point in the game, you won't be able to enjoy the combo for too many rounds. You will probably crush the encounter deck quick. Although it is not a dedicated deck, with it I have been able to beat quite consistently Heirs of Numenor, and even Peril in Pelargir - Nightmare.
Tried this deck solo a few times against Drowned Ruins. It worked very, very well and was a blast to play! Thanks for posting.
I swapped Imladris Caregiver in place of the Wardens and it seemed like a viable substitution for some quests. I like that you can quest with the Caregiver and activate the ability. Plus the care giver benefits from the Lords of Elder boosts. There was plenty of card draw to support the extra discard outlet and it was helpful a few times to discard a second copy of Elven light.
