I put together this deck to play against The Road to Isengard and it did quite well. Having Galadriel did an amazing job of really accelerating the card draw, I probably had drawn about 40 of my cards by the end of the game. Besides Council of the Wise This is clearly an eagle/ent deck which I found very powerful and satisfying. This deck did struggle in the early game without Nenya or Leaflock not on the table for the first couple of turns. I might counter this by having Boromir for attack/defend action advantage and some decent lore hero with willpower to bolster the early game. This deck probably wouldn't have done as well without Aragorn and the objective-ally ents to help bolster the early game threat. By the time your board state is developed I was able to one shot Saruman with 29 damage! So perhaps it will need tweaking for general play (which you can see I've already begun in the sideboard), but I can only say one thing: Council of the Wise is a lot more fun to play than you might think.

would not play a Council of the Wise deck with 2 essential cards (Radagast's Staff, Nenya each only 1 copy.

but if, then i would make the most carddraw possible and include a Word of Command Gléowine and Master of the Forge

@doomguard I definitely see your point. It was a struggle without Nenya. Playing campaign with the extra fellowship hero and ents was a major bolster. This deck is perhaps quest-specific. Which was more or less the theme, all of Saruman's OG friends coming back to spank him.
