This is a deck build around the theme of the forests of Middle-Earth. I have done it with the purpose of playing it in multilayer. Nevertheless, the deck performs excellent in solo.
The forest witch will make sure your threat stays low. She will screen your deck with her mirror looking for the tricks you need, while will keep the worse treacheries at bay with the power of her will. Her freshly brewed beverage will renew the strength of your heroes, and thanks to her magic, you can drink it each turn if you want. In case of dire need, she can summon the White Council to get some resources or bring back your tricks from the oblivion of the discard pile.
The fairy of the woods is going to turn the forest into the worst nightmare of the encounter deck, engulfing locations, enemies and virtually anything. She has also backed some waybread ready for those who are weary.
Finally, the shepherd and his hasty friend will command the might of the woods bringing his herds to smash any enemy fool enough to wander in the woods.
Some welcomed forest-friends will also join. Ioreth the herbalist will take care of the health of your host, while some explorers from Mirkwood will make sure that nothing impedes the advance of the forest for too long. Henamarth the silvan elf will scout ahead to warn you in time from the treacheries of the enemy.
