BilboBarnard has a newer deck inspired by this one: How Outlandish! (Leadership Edition)

Build up Hirluin the Fair with your Outlands Allies, this goes double if you can get Sword of Morthond on Prince Imrahil (Give it to him as he'll likely be doing the most work what with his ability to ready when loosing characters).

Lots of readying cards (Strength of Arms and Grim Resolve) to get your buffed Outlands Cards working overtime (Lord of Morthond and Campfire Tales should help find them)

Until then Boromir and his Gondor allies will be your workhorse and taking the main load whilst you gather the Outlanders.

Can't put Sword of Morthond on Imrahil, since Sword of Morthond can only be attached to allies; I'd suggest replacing it with Prince of Dol Amroth

Whoops! Well it'll work well enough of Faramir or even a White Tower Watchman. I'd really like to include Prince of Dol Amroth but I haven't got access to the card yet. One day though...
