Another attempt at beating the first deck of Voices of Isengard. This deck is about using Out of the Wild and None Return to thin the amount of Dundland enemies. The Door is Closed! helps prevent certain enemies from returning, A Test of Will and Free to Choose help keep the treachery from spiking this deck too high. Leaf Brooch hopefully keeps this deck going through their events super fast. Keen as Lances will help with threat management or if the no resources locations aren't present, it can be used to gain resources. The deck is still light on fighting, relying on Elfhelm and Ithilien Lookout to kill enemies.

Why Westfold Horse-breeder? Where's the mount?

I've put her in decks without mounts before. She is efficient cost-to-willpower ratio, although less efficient as a card slot (providing 1 willpower for a card slot rather than 2), so maybe the choice was made for cost reasons alone.
