Mulligan for King of Dale
A fairly typical Dale deck with a little help from a Hobbit. My Inital though was to use Galadriel instead of Merry, then have Elrond's Counsel and Nenya. This seemed to be commiting far too much to a side-aspect of the deck though. In the end i took it all out and added extra items opting to rely on Brand's native draw and used Merry for the threat reduction, the lower starting threat and ability to quest from the off if required.
Heroes
Bard and Brand do their thing to get attachments onto Dale allies and power up the board. Merry just backs them up.
Allies
Dale everywhere. While some are quite expensive King of Dale should sort that out, and the out of sphere allies. Long Lake Trader's can shuffle things about to allow unfettered draw.
Attachments
All out of sphere attachments are all items so Bard can pay for them. They're also either free or 1 cost for maximum efficiency. in practice where things go is draw dependant. Bow of Yew is meant for Warrior of Dale and Hauberk of Mail is meant for Redwater Sentry but other than that play things where they make the most sense either for the draw, Brand's buff or the character's ability.
Events
Nothing to write home about here. Deck thining to compliment Brand's draw and A Test of Will because. Traffic from Dale may be completely over the top for resources. If you're finding this to be the case swap in To Arms! from the sideboard.
