I don't usually build decks to theme. but these is turned thematic and decently effective. Eomer gets Gúthwinëand Firefoot, Theodan gets Snowmane, the Armored Destrier, Hauberk of Mail and Golden Shield.
Westfold Horse-Breaker is the most common card to recur. Gandalf fixes your threat and draw issues.
In multiplayer I would throw in more mounts to pass around the table. I am considering a few Open the Armory to thin the deck.
