This is designed for the December solo league. Dori is the required hero, and Éowyn doesn't count against tiebreakers this cycle. However, the deck itself has only 24 cards from the LR/AA cycle, leaving me with a tiebreaker count of 26 outside cards for the first tiebreaker (Grimbeorn the Old doesn't count against the first tiebreaker since he isn't in the deck, but will count against the second).
Eowyn provides initial questing, supplemented by all the decent-willpower allies that a mono-Tactics deck can actually play. Grimbeorn is our primary attacker/defender, with Dori around to get his starting defense up to five -- combined with an effective five attack, that should do pretty well. I haven't tried this deck at all -- I'll see how it does against the three quests in the league.
