Bard the Bro-man 19

First attempts at a Ninjadorg scenario, Ungoliant's Lair. (https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/66659/ninjadorgs-lotr-lcg-scenarios). The "TEA party" heroes are from Off-The-Cuff gaming on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-pnEB3QdkQ), but I switched up their cards a bit. I don't think they are on ringsdb.

First attempt started off well by attaching Song of Travel and Unexpected Courage to heroes. Then "Eyes of the Forest" made me discard my entire hand consisting of Sneak Attack, The Galadhrim's Greeting, Parting Gifts, and For Gondor!. Things went downhill quickly after that :). Rounds: 7. Threat: 39. Heroes all dead.

Second Attempt: Was able to pace it better and build up before engaging Ungoliant and made it to 2B until I realized I couldn't add any more allies so things fell apart quickly after that. Also, 2 rounds of Dol Guldur Orcs quickly killed off Eowyn as my quester in round 8 or so. Rounds: 11. Threat: 38. Picked up cards with only Eowyn dead, but was about to engage Ungoliant for the second time so there was no way out :)

More attempts to come! Now that I know how the quest goes it should be more manageable. I think if I can draw a lot of threat reducing cards early and pace myself, I can build up an army and hopefully draw Ancient Mathom to get some card draw that will help before I progress to where I can no longer add allies or attachments. If that doesn't work I may try to bring in some more battle-heavy characters in other spheres!
