This deck was built around the idea of player deck manipulation. Imladris Stargazer is the star of this deck and you should be looking for her in your starting hand. Pairing her ability with Zigil Miner should help with resources and Vilya can help pay for the big allies like Erestor when Elrond can be spared (use Stargazer to ensure these cards are at bay until you decide you can use them). Dwarven Tomb, Stand and Fight, and Erebor Hammersmith serve to help retrieve cards discarded through Protector of Lórien and Zigil Miner, Imladris Stargazer ensuring that the cards discarded are ones you have the capability of bringing back. There is also massive card draw available between Erestor, Bilbo, Expert Trackers, and Gléowine.
The main themes of this deck can be seen in multiple cards with different ways to go about it, which should ensure consistency even if you don't get the ideal cards to start with.
Played this with its partner deck last night and it did its job well. Didn't get Stargazer in my starting hand but was able to use card draw to eventually get it out. From there on out it was smooth sailing with reliable resource acquisition, playing high cost allies for free, and swarming the board.
