Nothing fancy here. This is a straight up questing/location control deck that does it's best work in a 3 to 4 player game.
Use Théoden to get those Rohan allies out on the cheap and cycle them with Gamling. A Test of Will and Eleanor with Unexpected Courage are there to handle any game ending treacheries. Ride Them Down for when you've got a bad enemy that needs to be trampled.
