I tried to make a version of this deck that might possibly work, even though the real challenge is clearing that first side quest. I put in as much draw power as I could to get as soon as possibile to the Lore/Neutral allies so that they can help.

Aug 12, 2019The reason for Boromir is mainly to have another strong attacking ally. For Erestor actually it was my mistake, I included Eldahir instead of him And yes I usually tend to put a lot of 1s and 2s in my deck to vary more the play experience instead of going for some super reliability of getting the more powerful unique cards. |
Glad to see this,
@Alonewolf87
. Main comments I would make about the deck are that Boromir won't be getting his boost that often because of how much you're going to be raising your threat, so I'd swap him out for something else, maybe another Defender of Cair Andros (the one deck he's good in). Also, why'd you cut Erestor but not Galdor of the Havens? The main reason I thought of putting Galdor in was specifically to combo with Erestor, whereas here it looks like he's only going to activate off of Daeron's Runes. Also, did you make it a conscious choice to include a lot of 1 and 2-of's, to increase the likelihood that you'll have a different game whenever you play, or was it more you didn't want a super-big deck but didn't want to cut anything? Regardless of that, really glad to see a deck with this idea come out.
