Zura 292

Zura has a newer deck inspired by this one: Tiny, but wise 2.0

My attempt at a Council of the Wise deck. I tested it out a few times in multiplayer, it is quite fun and works well. Fellowship is a proxy for it. Try to get to Courage Awakened; Rumour from the Earth; Noiseless Movement and Swift and Silent as fast as possible. One of those means you can start doing something, two of them is great, three makes you independent on card draw if you want to reap all of the contract benefits. With the contract, Frodo and some of the threat reduction cards you can stay in Secrecy for a while, hopefully. It's also a one ring deck. With the goal of staying in secrecy it doesn't really hurt us, and master events support the contract quite well. We run a lot of cheap events to fuel the contract in case we can't get our repeatable ones (but we have quite a lot of draw and ways to find them, sometimes you go Galadhrim Minstrel into DĂșnedain Message into Gather Information to finally grab an event you need). The biggest isue is combat. We have some tricks, but it's really better in multiplayer setting. Have fun, the contract is the coolest one for me so far.

Well done, a solid take on the contract. The contract is very lackluster in my opinion, so I'm glad you can get some synergy. It does make use of some event cards that I personally have never run with, so well done with that. In solo, I am guessing the best card combo is Rumour from the Earth, as you get to scry and then reduce threat, draw, or cycle it back for free.

I would also think the lore side quest to look at the top x cards might be worthwhile for you to run as well.
