This deck is a pretty traditional Silvan build with the exception of Thurindir and Double Back. Celeborn is in the other deck of this fellowship providing the stat boost to these allies.
Most quests allow for a first turn side quest, so bringing the fellowhip's threat down immediately helps keep enemies in staging and allows Gandalf and Descendant of Thorondor to do their work in the other deck.
