Seastan has a newer deck inspired by this one: The Queen of Location Control
A deck specifically for 4 player. Extremely effective at location control. Mulligan for Elven-light.
With a single Unexpected Courage, Súlien is able to keep all locations in the staging area at -2 all game with the help of Arwen Undómiel's resource generation. This alone pretty much kills the main threat of location lock at high player counts. For the rare X threat location where X = number of characters, we have Heirs of Earendil.
The rest of the deck is mostly location control and support fluff. This deck is not meant to do any fighting, so keep that in mind when selecting decks to group with.
Same feedback as your Faramir MotK deck: you need to include a copy of Sulien in the deck list, along with the contract.
