Alduc 596

First pass at a Council of the Wise deck. I'm especially trying to figure out which below-the-curve events become worth it with the contract's response.

Initial testing is positive - if you expect a fun deck able to handle most quests and not a beat-them-all-up-into-a-pulp deck. The hero lineup maintains a minimum of consistency - card filtering for Círdan the Shipwright, resource management for Gríma and defender/attacker combo for Grimbeorn the Old. However, the nature of the deck means it'll take more time to properly test, and I'm not certain it's even possible to optimize a Council of the Wise deck.

I overlooked A Good Harvest in my first build and it really deserves to be a staple in Council decks, particularly since they will likely be multi-sphere decks. A Good Harvest is nice because it can be used whenever you need it.

@Denison Very good idea! You can't go wrong with a zero-cost event in a Council deck. The White Council is a card I also want to play: it's already a toolbox card, it should fit in great.

would add a stargazer, helps with cardfiltering and a shield for grimbeorn. perhaps discard the refugee

@doomguardBoth good additions. I added the Silvan Refugee because the variability of the deck can made it more difficult to ramp up questing, but it is a flew spot for sure.
