My shot at a mono-tactics eagele deck. The playstyle is straightforward try to get many powerfull eagles on the table.
Boromir and Eagles of the Misty Mountains are the main defenders.
For questing power a couple of high willpower tactics allies are included. Pippin, Grimbold and Westfold Lancer.
The deck struggles with drawing cards so an opening hand with Legolas is good news. He is usally a good target for Gather Information as well.
