This deck is all about canceling. Denethor can hold a A Burning Brand and torch the shadows away (is there a better feeling than canceling Sleeping Sentry?). If you did not need him to defend, he can peek at the top card and move it to the bottom of the deck if it is not something you want to see.
Don't ignore Eleanor to cancel the worst treacheries, A Test of Will also is here to help with those.
Shadow of the Past lets you put a card on top of the deck that you can handle.
Out of the Wild also lets you get a card out of the deck you don't want to deal with.
Aragorn is a great hero for this line-up because he can do anything, and his action advantage comes in handy.
