This is my attempt to improve on Seastan's deck of the same name.
The inclusion of Hobbit Cloak and Staff of Lebethron can turn Sam Gamgee into a beast of a defender - typically of 5 (with Arwen Undómiel's buff.) Jubayr is there to take defending duties until Sam is up and running.
I've also swapped out two copies of Silver Harp for Will of the West as you will find that you are cycling through your deck quite rapidly with all the card draw and discard options available.
