I find that Citadel Plate is often too expensive for what you get, but it's tempting to run a single copy. I wouldn't run two copies.

I love Dwarrowdelf Axe, but you need some dwarf allies to use your second and third copies after Gimli takes the first. Try Veteran Axehand perhaps?

Combo Rivendell Blade with your noldor heroes is pretty sweet and you have the Silverlode Archer for your extra copies.

If you're trying to give Gimli purple icon, I'm not sure why you'd want Narvi's Belt for two cost instead of just a Song of Kings for one cost. The belt is better when you have a three color deck, or a two color deck with a "splash" of a third color.

I'm a little confused by the use of only some eagles rather than a full eagle package? The best part of eagles, in my opinion obviously, is The Eagles Are Coming! for card draw, but that means you either need a way to stack the top of your deck (hard to do in these two colors) or you need lots of eagle cards.
