Warden of Healing is played by using the Last Alliance to make the Warden lose the Gondor trait and gain the Outlands Trait. Then the Warden the Healing can be played by Hirluin the Fair.

The Last Alliance cannot affect what traits characters have, but you can still play Warden of Healing via targeting Hirluin the Fair with The Last Alliance.

Ability text does not include Traits, so you cannot change Traits with The Last Alliance effect. But as @Trucksays you can solve this specific issue by targeting Hirluin the Fair.

I would also suggest including some Strength of Arms in this deck.

You cannot include Hunter of Lamedon in this deck because he has both of your Last Alliance traits (which is prohibited by the contract).

i would consider Denethor for boromir. with his extraressources you will have a better start, then a Armored Destrier will also make much sense to have some shadowcancelling.
