I always wanted to use Elladan and his brother Elrohir. But I thought that it is hard to make a deck with Elladan and Elrohir. So I made a deck that is a little bit different. I made Elladan as a hero and Elrohir as ally. At the start of the game put Strider or Song of Kings or Song of Travel to Elladan. Mulligan for Elrohir and Timely Aid in your starting hand. Then you are ready for anything!(except for big enemies)
