Galadriel based Grey Wanderer deck I've been having fun with. It's not good or efficient, but I enjoy the concept immensely. Many quests just aren't possible, and you're never going to have low Victory points at the end, but it's just silly enough to make me giggle when I play it.
Galadriel needs Nenya and you need to see Gandalf early to hope to keep pace with the encounter deck. Mirror is helpful to fish out Gandalf. Once you have him, it's fairly easy (but slow) to fish out all the things you might need. Assuming I can keep ahead of the Encounter deck, drawing the things I need is fairly trivial.
