This is my deck for Return to Mirkwood playing progression style! This isnt a easy quest! The goal of this deck is to use Denethorto make sure you never have to deal with any enemies. Drop as many Unexpected Courage on Denethor so you can really control the encounter deck.

There are 3 main cards in this deck: Unexpected Courage, Steward of Gondor, and Song of Kings. If you dont have 2 of these in your opening hand (or one with Rivendell Minstrel) it is probably worth a mulligan.

Stay on 1B as long as you can and then sprint through the last 3 stages!
