Thus says Hama, captain of the king's guard, who is growing impatient at the inability of a giant bear to just make a last stand and go down. He knows that he has 10 hit points, but it is still inexcusable that he just can't seem to die. Especially when other players are surrounding him with Honour Guards and him having several Close Calls with death. He just needs to die! Finally, Hama's patience is rewarded as he he sees Beorn fall at the hands of a Orc Vanguard, though his last stand killed that foe. Prince Imrahil immediately jumped into place to cover where Beorn had been, blowing a Horn of Gondor. He acts so heroic only when other people die, thought Hama sourly. When that Caldara person died he acted that way, and now that Beorn is dead he'll do it again. Then Hama saw a strange sight. Beorn, by some wild fortune, or perhaps by fate, rose again and began to fight! What an idiot, Hama thought, and just when I thought I would never have to put up with him again! So he waited until the next last stand, which was what, the fifth? He had lost track, honestly, since Beorn had managed to regain life again and again, whether by being sent back in a Dwarven Tomb (the location of which was on the Map of Earnil) or being rescued by Eagles, which Hama thought was overdramatic, considering they are Defenders of the West and all that. So he sighed, leaned on his sword, and hoped that Beorn's next last stand would be his actual last one.
With little hope.
is it legit to use Landroval or Fortune or Fate on Beorn? Isn't he immune to player card effects?
Nice deck idea if this really works :)
